CONTRACT BETWEEN AARON AGENCY (AA)

 

AND ____________________________________________ , CLIENT

AA agrees to act on behalf of CLIENT re caregiver

referral services. CLIENT agrees to pay AA a non

refundable application fee of $250.00. If AA refers a

caregiver who is consequently hired, CLIENT shall pay

AA a separate, non refundable placement fee of $250.00

within 10 days of the AA-referred caregiver commencing

employment with CLIENT. Official receipts shall be issued.

***CAREGIVER REPLACEMENT WARRANTY***

During the initial 3 months of employment, should the AA-

referred caregiver be deemed unsuitable by CLIENT or for any reason

resign, AA shall restart the referral process at no extra cost.
